Let us know the following: • Location of accident (e.g. road name and nearby landmarks or signposts) • Name and contact number of driver of the insured vehicle • Registration plate number, brand and make of the insured vehicle • Motor insurance policy number (if known) • Brief details of the accident 3. Note down the following details: • Registration plate number, brand and make of the insured vehicle • Names and contact details of any witnesses 4. An MSIG surveyor will arrive at the accident location within 30 minutes (Bangkok Metropolitan Area)
