- e-Coupons/e-Vouchers are exclusively offered to insured customers who complete the company’s service improvement survey within 90 days from the date of receiving the SMS.
- For individual purchases, the insured will receive an SMS from the company within 5 business days after the purchase is successfully completed. The SMS will include instructions to register via the MSIG Privilege system and complete the survey.
- For group insurance purchases (more than one person), the policyholder or the first insured person will receive an SMS from the company within 5 business days after the purchase is successfully completed. The SMS will include instructions to register via the MSIG Privilege system and complete the survey. The policyholder or the first insured person will complete the survey on behalf of all other travelers to receive the benefit.
- Starbucks e-Coupon/PTT e-Voucher can only be used once the insurance policy becomes effective. The terms and conditions for using the Starbucks e-Coupon/PTT Station e-Voucher are subject to those specified by Coffee Concept Retail Co., Ltd. And PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited.
