Responsibilities
- Analyze data related to insurance underwriting for various insurance products to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain analytical reports using Power BI, enabling management and teams to access data efficiently.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop systems and tools that facilitate data collection, analysis, and visualization.
- Research and learn about new innovations in information technology and data analytics to apply in work improvement.
- Support organizational strategic planning and decision-making with accurate, reliable, and timely data.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At lease 3 years experience in Underwriting, Contact Center, Power BI.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and the underwriting process.
- Proficiency in using Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools.
- Ability to perform statistical data analysis and present information in a clear and understandable format.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as IT, Underwriting, and Management.
- Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and able to adapt well to change.
- Leadership Skill.
- Excellent communication in both Thai and English.
- Experience in motor insurance or vehicle inspection is a strong advantage.
