Responsibilities
Risk Management – ERM and ORSA
- Manage and execute ERM activities as planned.
- Facilitate risk management process and procedures including Risk Register (RR) review.
Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
- Manage and execute BCM/BCP activities as planned.
- Facilitate business units and IT in assessment of business continuity risk and business impact analysis.
Internal Control Program (ICP)
- Manage and execute ICP activities as planned.
- Review and update document as confirmed by process owners and publish documents to staff.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in insurance, statistics, finance, risk management or related fields.
- 6-8 years working experience in general insurance.
- Experience in areas of data analytic, enterprise risk management, and internal control process is a plus.
- Understanding of the insurance business process (ERM, BCM and financial analysis is a plus).
- Competent in PC applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Access & Visio in a plus).
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
