  • Deliver accurate information to both voice and non-voice customers as assigned.
  • Update policy details promptly upon receiving customer feedback to ensure one-step resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or higher degree in related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Call Center / Customer Service.
  • Have good communication and service skills to customers.
  • If able communicate in English will special consideration.
