Responsibilities
- Assessing credit applications and complying with company payment policies.
- Evaluating financial records to assess an applicant’s eligibility.
- Contacting customers or clients to notify them of missed payments.
- Coordinating with business development, and accounting professionals to determine payment protocols and setting terms and conditions.
- Overseeing the credit control process in collaboration with various team members.
- Reviewing policies to ensure they meet customer service standards and promote timely payments.
- Reporting payment issues to the manager and executing collection procedures as necessary.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher in Finance and Accounting.
- 2 years experience or more in Credit Control.
- Experiences in non-life insurance is preferred.
- Good Computer Skill especially Microsoft Excel.
