Graduate trainee programmes
The 3-Year Graduate Trainee Programme is aimed at recent (previous 18 months) graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree) with limited or no work experience, and who are willing to commit for the full term of the programme.
As a Graduate Trainee, it is essential that you are adaptable and able to learn quickly and contribute positively in various roles across different functions.
At the end of the programme, you will take up a position in the company based on your personal preference and the areas of competence you have demonstrated.
By successfully completing the programme, you will have a crucial advantage in your career progression within MSIG.
Candidates should have a good academic record from a reputable university.
More importantly, grad trainees must be hard working, outgoing, ambitious team players who are willing to learn and develop quickly.
