MSIG Launches the Second Year of Its “Kid Tan Hai” (“Thinking Ahead for You”) Brand Campaign, Collaborating with Gapbo Sira Simmee and Ryota Omi to Reinforce Japanese-Standard Insurance Quality
MSIG Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited has launched the second year of its latest brand campaign, “Kid Tan Hai” (“Thinking Ahead for You”), reinforcing the company's commitment to helping customers navigate life's uncertainties through insurance products and services designed to meet their evolving needs.
Mr. Rattapol Gitisakchaiyakul, Chief Executive Officer of MSIG Insurance (Thailand), said: "We believe that attention to detail lies at the heart of good insurance, and it has always been one of MSIG's core values. Under the 'Thinking Ahead for You' concept, we recognize that modern life already presents enough concerns and decisions. For this year's campaign, MSIG aimed to tell its brand story in a more engaging, entertaining, and relatable manner. The company therefore invited Gapbo Sira Simmee, a rising commercial director and actor, to conceptualize, direct, and star in the new advertising film. Known for his distinctive storytelling style and creative approach, Gapbo brings a fresh perspective that transforms insurance from a traditionally complex topic into something more accessible and relevant to everyday life.
At the same time, MSIG sought to reinforce its heritage as a Japanese insurance company built upon international standards and meticulous attention to detail — qualities that have long been associated with Japanese service excellence. To communicate this message, the company appointed Ryota Omi, a Japanese model, actor, and influencer based in Thailand, as the campaign presenter. His participation reflects the brand's Japanese roots while strengthening trust and credibility, demonstrating that even Japanese consumers themselves place their confidence in MSIG.
Reflecting on his experience with the campaign, Ryota Omi said: "I have known MSIG since I was a child because it is a brand that many Japanese people are familiar with. I am truly delighted to collaborate with MSIG on this campaign. The 'Thinking Ahead for You' concept reminds me of a mother who always looks after us and prepares for what lies ahead. The new advertising film takes viewers inside an art exhibition where each artwork appears unrelated to insurance at first glance. However, every piece subtly conveys ideas of planning ahead and risk protection. Guided by Ryota Omi, audiences are invited to uncover the hidden meanings behind the artworks and discover how they connect to the campaign's central promise of "Thinking Ahead for You."
