Responsibilities
- Proven track record in managing partnerships with digital platforms, e-commerce, or tech companies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage C-suite executives to manage and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners.
- Support the team in developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities; capable of handling RFPs and complex service level negotiations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of capabilities in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal departments such as product, compliance, legal, IT, infrastructure, claims, and finance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Fintech business and managing partnerships.
- Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and risk analysis to propose suitable insurance plans.
- Solid understanding of online business, digital marketing, and IT systems.
- Excellent command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Able to present work, meet clients, and work off-site.
