Broker Business Development
Responsibilities
- Being the point of contact to brokers.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationship with brokers.
- Provide solutions for both new and renew business across various lines of business: SME, CAR, Motor, PA-TA and others.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including policy processing and credit control, to ensure the end-to-end process is completed.
- Strive to achieve company targets for both topline and bottomline performance.
- Ensure business retention through a prudent renewal process.
Requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in related fields.
- At least 5 years experiences in insurance business.
- Understanding the products of Motor and Non-Motor.
- Good command in English.
