Concert Ticket Giveaway Activity “MSIG Fan Fest 2026”

MSIG Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“the Company” or “MSIG”) invites customers who purchase MSIG Travel Insurance to participate in a special giveaway activity for a chance to win tickets to the appreciation concert “MSIG Fan Fest 2026.” 

This event is organized to celebrate MSIG’s achievement as the No.1 Travel Insurance Company in Thailand for three consecutive years* (2023–2025). 

Details and conditions are as follows:

1. Eligibility and Participation Rules 

1.1 Participants must be policyholders of MSIG Travel Easy Plus travel insurance (any plan) with a premium of THB 600 or more per person. 

1.2 The purchase of MSIG Travel Easy Plus travel insurance must be completed during the period 1 April – 30 June 2026, with the premium fully paid and no policy cancellation under any circumstances. 

1.3 The Company will randomly select 300 winners from eligible policyholders who meet the conditions stated in Clauses 1.1 and 1.2. 

Each policyholder will receive one entry to participate in the lucky draw for concert tickets. 

1.4 Each selected winner will receive 2 concert tickets. 

2. Prize Details, Lucky Draw, and Announcement of Winners 

The appreciation concert “MSIG Fan Fest 2026” is a special event organized exclusively for MSIG travel insurance customers, with the following details: 

2.1 The lucky draw will be conducted on 6 July 2026 at the Company’s head office under the supervision of appointed committee members. 

2.2 The list of winners will be announced on 13 July 2026 via the Company’s Facebook Fanpage and official website:

2.3 Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of purchasing MSIG Travel Easy Plus insurance in order to register and confirm their eligibility to receive the concert tickets by 7 August 2026. 

2.4 If a winner fails to confirm their eligibility within the specified period, it will be deemed that the winner has forfeited the prize, and the Company reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner in order of selection. 

2.5 After successful confirmation and registration, the Company will send the concert tickets in electronic ticket (E-ticket) format to the winner’s email address. 

2.6 Winners must present their concert tickets at the registration point at the venue. 

The “MSIG Fan Fest 2026” concert will be held on Saturday, 19 September 2026, at Samyan Mitrtown Hall in Bangkok.

3. Additional Terms and Conditions 

3.1 The Company reserves the right to grant prizes only to policyholders residing in Thailand. The Company also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who commits fraud, fails to comply with the activity rules and conditions, or provides false information. The Company further reserves the right to reclaim the prize if such circumstances are discovered. 

3.2 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts, or other prizes. 

3.3 Employees of the Company, affiliated companies, advertising agencies, organizing committees, and any persons involved in this activity are not eligible to participate. 

3.4 This promotional activity has been granted permission to conduct a prize giveaway by means of chance under License No. 742/2569, issued at the Department of Provincial Administration Service Center, dated 20 March 2026 (B.E. 2569). 

3.5 The Company will collect, use, and disclose personal data of participants and/or third parties for the purposes related to this activity and other related operations in accordance with applicable laws. 

If participants provide personal data of other individuals to the Company, they confirm that they have obtained explicit consent from the data owners or have another lawful basis for disclosing such information to the Company, and that the purpose of data processing has been communicated to the data owners.

The Company will retain such personal data only as necessary for the purposes of this activity and will process data subject rights as required by law, including the right to access, correct, delete personal data, and withdraw consent (if applicable).

3.6 This marketing activity is conducted at the Company’s discretion. In the event of necessity or force majeure, the Company reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the activity without prior notice. Participants and winners shall not be entitled to claim any compensation, damages, or rights from the Company. 

3.7 In the event of any dispute related to this activity, the Company’s decision shall be final.
