HRIS Officer
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the HRIS, including system configuration, data accuracy, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and current employee records in the HRIS, covering personal details, job information, compensation, benefits, and performance data.
- Design and update HRIS workflows, procedures, and documentation to promote consistent and efficient system usage.
- Liaise with IT or external vendors for system upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Analyze HR data and produce reports, metrics, and dashboards to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Develop and conduct HRIS training programs to enhance user proficiency and adherence to best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and uphold data security and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate across departments to streamline HR processes and integrate data with other systems.
- Act as the primary contact for HRISrelated inquiries, resolving or escalating issues promptly.
- Perform regular audits and data validations to identify and correct inconsistencies.
- Work with HR and Finance teams on data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources management or similar field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in HR Operations.
- Indepth knowledge of HR processes and data management principles.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proactive mindset and ability to solve problems.
- Experience handling sensitive information.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Good command of English and Computer literacy.
