Claims Adjuster (Nurse)
Responsibilities
- Assessing claim evidence to ensure accurate claim settlements, including provide fax claim services, under an Accident and Health policy.
- Analyze and investigate complex claims to detect and prevent fraud or pre-existing conditions.
- Conduct pre-admission evaluations and reviews of medical conditions.
- Provide customers and agents with comprehensive and detailed information regarding Accident & Health (A&H) and Travel Accident (TA) claims, ensuring the claims process is clear and understood.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as hospitals, for the claims settlement process.
- Identify and address specific gaps in coverage to enhance standard policy.

Requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in Nursing Science.
- At least 3-5 years experiences in nurse at ward or ICU, CCU, ER.
- Experiences in Insurance (TA Claims).
- Negotiation skills, Leadership skills.
