Responsibilities
- Execute a strategic plan to expand the network, focusing on acquiring new business partnerships and implementing customer retention strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
- Identify the target segment for recruiting and maintaining agents to ensure a strong and efficient team.
- Maintain a balance between business growth and securing profitable business for the company.
- Engage with representatives, providing the necessary marketing tools and information to enhance marketing activities.
- Provide guidance and development opportunities for insurance agents, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in insurance/marketing.
- Have a good personality and have service mind.
- Able to use computer and type fluently.
- Able to work in provincial areas as specified by the company.
