The Management Trainee Program provides a great opportunity for new executives to get a full personally tailor-made ‘Action - Learning Program’. You will be assigned to work as an executive in a variety of major roles and functions for a 24-36 month period.
The management trainee position at MSIG was my first job after graduating. I had to pass interviews with a panel of managers and take several assessments including English, insurance related, IQ and psychological. I was proud to be able to join the program.
