Terms and conditions:
- Starbucks e-Coupons are exclusively offered to insured customers who complete the company’s service improvement survey within 90 days from the date of receiving the SMS.
- For individual purchases, the insured will receive an SMS from the company within 5 business days after the purchase is successfully completed. The SMS will include instructions to register via the MSIG Privilege system and complete the survey.
- For group insurance purchases (more than one person), the policyholder or the first insured person will receive an SMS from the company within 5 business days after the purchase is successfully completed. The SMS will include instructions to register via the MSIG Privilege system and complete the survey. The policyholder or the first insured person will complete the survey on behalf of all other travelers to receive the benefit.
- Starbucks e-Coupon can only be used once the insurance policy becomes effective. The terms and conditions for using the Starbucks e-Coupon are subject to those specified by Coffee Concept Retail Co., Ltd.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted, or transferred to others. In cases of fraud or policy cancellation, the company reserves the right to cancel or reclaim the reward without prior notice.
- Eligibility for privileges is subject to the terms and conditions specified by the Company. Users can find more details regarding the use of the MSIG Privilege system on the Company’s official website. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel any terms and/or benefits without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be deemed final and binding.
