MSIG Insurance (Thailand) hosted its press conference: MSIG 2026: Accelerating to New Heights, under the theme of driving towards greater success. Led by Khun Rattapol Gitisaksakul, Chief Executive Officer, together with the senior management team, the event announced the company’s 2025 performance and strategic direction for 2026, while reinforcing its leadership in travel insurance. The event was held at Grande Centre Point Lumphini.
Amid the challenges from natural catastrophes in 2025, MSIG achieved Gross Written Premium (GWP) of THB 5,681.3 million, representing 15.7% growth, and Profit After Tax (PAT) of THB 224 million. These results reflect a strong foundation in disciplined risk management and continuous customer care. For 2026, MSIG targets growth of over 10%, driven by a balanced business approach alongside long-term brand building.
Key Strategic Directions
- Launch of “BizLink”, a digital platform to enhance the capabilities of agents and brokers.
- Positioning travel insurance as a core business, while maintaining its No.1 market leadership.
- Expanding growth through e-commerce channels and continuously enhancing customer experience .
Travel Insurance Achievement
MSIG is advancing towards a target of over THB 1,000 million in travel insurance premiums in 2026, reinforcing its position as the No.1 travel insurance provider for three consecutive years.
