Swensen’s e-Coupons are exclusively offered to insured customers who complete MSIG’s service improvement survey within 90 days from the date of receiving the SMS.
The insured will receive an SMS from MSIG within 5 business days after the purchase is successfully completed. The SMS will include instructions to register via the MSIG Privilege system and complete the survey.
Swensen’s e-Coupon can only be used once the insurance policy becomes effective. The terms and conditions for using the Swensen’s e-Coupon are subject to those specified by Swensen’s (Thai) Co., Ltd.
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted, or transferred to others. In cases of fraud or policy cancellation, MSIG reserves the right to cancel or reclaim the reward without prior notice.
