Assistant Manager - Marine, Business Development of Digital and Affinity Business Development
Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้าและนำเสนอแผนประกันภัยขนส่งที่เหมาะสม
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและตัวแทนขนส่งเพื่อให้บริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ติดตามยอดขายเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายสินไหมทดแทนเมื่อเกิดความเสียหายหรือสูญหาย
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมขาย โลจิสติกส์ และฝ่ายเทคนิค เพื่อส่งมอบบริการแบบครบวงจร

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in the insurance or logistics industry.
- Experience in Marine Cargo Insurance is a strong advantage.
- Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and risk analysis to propose suitable insurance plans.
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and positive attitude.
- Able to present work, meet clients, and work off-site.
