Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HRM strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
- Recruitment and Workforce Planning: Managing end-to-end staff selection and hiring processes, developing work structures, and updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions.
- Remuneration: Overseeing the compensation and benefits process, preparing payroll budgets, processing monthly payroll, submitting monthly reports to relevant parties, participating in salary surveys, and implementing pay structure revisions.
- Employee Engagement: Bridging the gap in employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, as well as implementing new initiatives for employee engagement activities.
- Strive to achieve company targets for both topline and bottomline performance.
- Ensure business retention through a prudent renewal process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources or any related fields
- At least 10 years experience in Human Resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English
