Internship / Cooperative programmes
Principles
The current education system is constantly changing and adapting to meet the needs of students. The IIDP Programme goes beyond traditional educational institutions by offering young individuals the chance to expand their learning through internships. This approach promotes experiential learning, allowing students to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting and see tangible results. The goal of the IIDP programme is to provide students with a solid foundation in general insurance knowledge, while also giving them the opportunity to gain real-world experience and apply their academic learning in a professional work environment.
Objectives
- To help students gain new perspectives, acquire fresh insights, grasp crucial concepts, and understand important principles in general insurance.
- To enhance cognitive abilities in critical thinking, analytical skills, decision-making, and collaboration in the working environment.
- Students will be encouraged to develop their personal strengths, and increase capabilities for continuous growth through ongoing progress, by applying theoretical knowledge to practical business situations.
